Alsco Uniforms is making significant strides toward our sustainability goals as we work to completely transition away from coal as an energy source. In 2025, we are proud to announce we have officially retired coal in New Zealand, well ahead of our 2030 target. This shift, combined with other changes we’ve implemented over the years, has already led to a remarkable reduction of approximately 60% in our carbon footprint compared to our 2019 baseline. This is ahead of New Zealand as well as Science Based Targets (SBTi) emissions reduction targets.
