TLC is transforming its staff culture. We’ve built on the strong customer and community foundations developed at TLC since 2018 and worked with our team to introduce a range of highly desirable employee benefits that provide for holistic wellbeing. Employees now feel cared for, as reflected in the latest survey. The employee Net Promoter Score (NPS) improved from -8 in 2018 to 35.4 in 2024. The wellbeing program, developed through a co-design process with staff every step of the way, offers 37 benefits focusing on lifestyle, culture, growth, development and community. It helps us keep our staff connected.
