Sean Richards - Powershop


Sean Richards has been with Powershop since the very beginning and is our longest serving staff member.  Starting in 2009, in only his second job after finishing school, Sean took Powershop’s very first service call when our service centre was first opened, and has been an integral part of the Powershop team ever since. Starting out as a customer service representative at the age 18, Sean steadily rose through the ranks at Powershop to his current position managing the customer service team in Masterton which now numbers more than 110 people servicing both New Zealand and Australia. As well as running our multi-award winning Masterton team, in 2018 Sean’s expertise was recognised when he spent three months on secondment in the UK, as Operational Performance and Planning Manager for Powershop UK.
