SmartCo has collaborated hands-on with distribution companies in New Zealand to develop the energy insights platform known as HIKO. The platform was developed to deliver enhanced and meaningful LV data and to solve an evolving range of network and consumer challenges.
The initiative has culminated in commercially available data and tools that are proven to be improving network safety, reducing customer calls, and delivering network asset efficiency. It remains in continuous development to keep up with changing needs and to help New Zealand networks more quickly make informed LV focused decisions.
