EVerywhere, a New Zealand first, allows Genesis EV customers to take their variable energy rates on the road, paying the same rate as if they were at home. When subscribed to EVerywhere, their ChargeNet usage is included in the customer's Genesis’ Energy IQ app, streamlining payment. EVerywhere exceeded its launch targets and drove a 300 per cent-plus increase in EV customers switching from competitors. Retention rates also improved and ChargeNet usage jumped.
