Born from their values of fairness, honesty and transparency, Flick launched their ‘Flickin’ Best Plan Promise in June 2022.
The company monitors usage patterns and every 90 days, Flick emails customers who could potentially save more than $10 by changing plans and lets them know. Those already on the best Flick plan are contacted every six months.
‘Flickin’ Best Plan has exceeded expectations and has estimated total potential savings of $100,000 across about 4,500 customers.
