Beach Energy and the Taranaki Community Rugby Trust have partnered to provide children with opportunities to participate in New Zealand’s national game.
Beach has leased 160-hectares of farmland surrounding their Kupe plant at a 50 per cent market rental reduction. The funds generated by the dairy farm go back to grassroots rugby, including community clubs and schools, education and providing coaching opportunities. Player registrations are increasing and more than 22,000 participants have been engaged.
