Robyn's life mission is to increase the uptake of solar energy in buildings and improve the energy efficiency of the built environment. She is researching high performance homes, zero energy solutions for heating and ventilating homes and schools and efficient lighting. Her research is really exciting as it combines sustainability, health and human factors. Its very rewarding to have been able to craft a career based on finding low cost practical solutions that make immediate and lasting improvements in the lives of children and the elderly. This is a win win for people and the planet.
