BP and Surf Life Saving: In it for life. Together.
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the BP and Surf Life Saving New Zealand partnership, the ‘Every Litre Counts’ campaign reminded Kiwis of the invaluable role of Surf Life Saving, raising the charity’s profile and promoting water safety. BP ‘wrote a blank cheque’ by making a direct donation for every litre of fuel sold over the campaign period, encouraging drivers to ‘fuel up between the flags’. BP donated $459,000, in addition to their annual partnership contribution, which will help Surf Life Saving continue to do what they do best - protect our community in the water and around our beaches.
